What do I get when I invest?

You receive Class C Units, which represent ownership in BOW Enterprises. These are non-voting equity units. Investors may receive distributions if the company generates profits and the Manager elects to make distributions.

What is the minimum investment?

The minimum investment is $1,000.

Who manages the company?

BOW Enterprises is managed by BOW Holdings, LLC, which is led by a board of experienced professionals including Nicole Cober Johnson, Witikio Favaroth, and other leaders from The BOW Collective.

What are the risks?

Investing in early-stage companies involves significant risk, including the possibility of losing your entire investment.

Can I sell my investment?

No, not immediately. Securities purchased through Reg CF are restricted for 12 months. After that period, transfers are limited and subject to specific exemptions.
