We’re raising up to $1,235,000 through Regulation Crowdfunding (Reg CF) to support the next phase of BOW Enterprises' growth. The capital will be used to:
- Expand our consulting and procurement infrastructure
- Launch the BOW Fund, a new private equity initiative.
- Make strategic investments in real estate and scalable businesses
What do I get when I invest?
Investors will receive Class C Units, which represent non-voting equity ownership in BOW Enterprises.
These units may entitle investors to profit distributions if and when the company generates earnings and the Manager elects to issue them.

The minimum investment is $2,500.

BOW Enterprises is managed by BOW Holdings, LLC, which is led by Nicole Cober Johnson as the Chief Executive Officer.
